By reserving event equipment with Rental Tri-State (rentaltristate.com), you agree to the following service guidelines designed to keep every celebration safe and on schedule.

1. Dispatch Request & Reservation Confirmation

Submitting an online intake form places your event in our priority callback queue. A Rental Tri-State coordinator contacts you within our 5-minute callback goal to verify chair, table, throne chair, and tent availability, surface anchoring method, and delivery schedule before finalizing your reservation.

2. 100-Mile Site Access, Staking & Weighted Ballast

Clients agree to notify our crew of any private underground sprinkler lines, septic tanks, pool plumbing, or landscape lighting prior to grass stake installation. For brick pavers, stone patios, driveways, and rooftops, our crew deploys non-penetrating weighted concrete ballast barrels so zero drilling is required.

3. Weather Safety & Open-Flame Restrictions

All Rental Tri-State tents use commercial 16 oz NFPA-701 flame-retardant vinyl. Open-flame cooking grills, fire pits, and pyrotechnics must never be operated underneath or within 15 feet of vinyl tent canopies. In severe lightning or tropical-force wind warnings, evacuate the tent immediately into a permanent building.

4. Sanitization & Post-Event Pickup

Please clear personal decorations, tableware, and linens prior to your scheduled pickup window. Routine post-event sanitization of chairs, cushions, tables, and vinyl canopies is handled at our warehouse.

5. Flexible Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, corporate/school checks, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and cash upon confirmed reservation. No card numbers are collected through the web form.
